In September 2022 inflation hit hard.
When Prinsjesdag was coming up and the king was about to share his plans to take care of the Dutch, we decided to share Dirk’s measurements to keep food and groceries as affordable as possible for everyone.
We captured them in six ‘Bespaarmaatregelen’ and shared them in stores, DOOH, radio and online video’s. With a special kick-off on Prinsjesdag.

On Prinsjesdag, we introduced the ‘bespaarrede’ in newspapers and in a one minute radio-spot. Including six Bespaarmaatregelen to keep their products as cheap as possible.
Online video’s
Every Bespaarmaatregel got it’s own explanatory online video, which still get several media pushes a year.
Bespaarmaatregelen today
After Prinsjesdag, the Bespaarmaatregelen became a solid part of the Dirk story, visible on POS in all stores and on www.dirk.nl/besparen.
